I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist who values creating a space where every story can be heard and understood. My approach is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and cultural humility. As a Filipina-American and Native Hawaiian (Kanaka Maoli) woman, I believe that mental health cannot be separate from our cultures, identities, and lived experiences. My goal is to create a space where clients can explore all parts of their identity safely and feel seen within for the whole of who they are.

My clinical experience includes working with adolescents, individuals, and families across both community and school-based settings. I previously served as a Case Management Intern at The Genesis Project, where I supported female survivors of sex trafficking through trauma-informed care, advocacy, and resource connection. I have also facilitated empowerment and self-advocacy groups for teens, focusing on boundary setting, healthy relationships, and self-esteem. These experiences have deepened my commitment to helping clients reclaim their voice and build self-worth.

I am particularly drawn to helping people make sense of how their relationships, families, and communities influence who they are, and guiding them toward healing through connection and self-reflection.

MY Values

I strive to create an affirming, inclusive space for every client I work with. I am committed to providing culturally responsive care that honors each person’s intersecting identities and lived experiences.

My work is rooted in empathy and empowerment. I believe healing happens through connection, self-compassion, and curiosity. I value meeting clients where they are and enjoy exploring how the systems, culture, and experiences we are a part of can shape our sense of self.

I am continually deepening my awareness of how privilege and oppression influence mental health. I will hold myself accountable to ongoing education and personal growth in order to provide safe, ethical, and attuned clinical care.
