MY Values

I prioritize providing culturally appropriate services that are inclusive for BIPOC, LQBTQIA+, neurodiverse, and disabled individuals. I celebrate all identities in all bodies. When working with body shape and size concerns, I value Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES). When discussing sexual health concerns, I explore without judgement, remain sex positive, and embrace kink and non-monogamy.

I actively seek to educate myself and lean into personal growth. Safe clinical care demands an awareness of oppressive systems and their impacts.
